It’s almost here!
I’m honored to once again be contributing to the annual event that is the Crazy 4 Cult group pop culture show at Gallery 1988. This year I took on “The Secret of NIMH” in my pop culture tribute painting. Just a small one, as I’ve also been working away nonstop for Mondocon also this month. Couldn’t miss out on making something for the show though. Always an honor to be involved, as Jensen and Katie of Gallery 1988 were some of my first contacts into the gallery and pop culture scene. If you’re in the Los Angeles area this Friday night, don’t miss this show! Wish I could be there, but I’ll be in Austin for MondoCon. Enjoy the show!

New painting, for a new group gallery show, this time across the world in Australia!
This Friday, September 17, I’ll have a piece in the Small Works show at BeinArt Gallery in Victoria, Australia. Sadly, I will not be in attendance (for obvious reasons) but really wish I could be, as all the artists committed on an amazing level, especially for the constraint- works no larger than 10″ square. In their words:
“beinArt Gallery presents Small Works 2016. This group exhibition features over 55 of the most highly skilled and imaginative artists in the new contemporary art movement. With all works under 10” x 10” (25.4 x 25.4cm) this greatly anticipated exhibition will offer collectors a rare opportunity to acquire affordable art from a host of internationally celebrated artists.”
Please contact the gallery for purchase inquiries. Enjoy!

Honored to be showing with my fellow PRISMA Collective members at Arch Enemy Arts Gallery in Philadelphia for our collective “Amethyst” themed group show. The group was presented with color options to vote on as a unifying theme for the show, and we selected amethyst and each created works with “amethyst” as a springboard to jump off from. As usual, the group pulled out all the stops and the collection looks fantastic. If you’re in the Philadelphia area, the opening reception is tonight, see the show page for full details. Thanks!
